Wireless Xcessories Group Signs Four New Franchisees with Over 400 Locations

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 2005--The Wireless Xcessories Group, Inc. (AMEX:XWG - News), a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of electronic and cellular accessories and creator of private labeled websites for affiliates, announced today that it has signed accessory supply agreements with four large wireless multi store retailers and franchising groups. Under the agreements, Wireless Toyz, Wireless Giant, Yakety Yak and All Star Wireless, with over 400 store locations combined, will sell the Company's electronic and cellular accessories throughout the U.S. These four groups expect to double their number of retail locations within the next 24 months.

In addition to offering its broad line of accessories, Wireless Xcessories will provide these companies with hosted web sites, which can allow their customers to purchase products via the Internet. The Company will fulfill those orders on behalf of their franchisees, allowing them to provide shoppers with a broader line of accessories than can be stocked directly in stores. These include IPOD, MP3 and related devices.
