Durch weniger Ausgaben für Erweiterung und Erhalt, effizientere Gewinnung, höhere Produktion und höhere Erlöse beim Verkauf sieht es im Ergebnis grandios aus. Sogar die Ressourcen wurden deutlich gesteigert. Natürlich wurden andere Werte die hier nicht aufgeführt wurden auch nicht eingerechnet und diese Rechnung ist daher nur grob. Aber es wurden nur Coeurs schlechtesten Prognosewerte genommen und es wurde nicht von einem höheren EM Preis ausgegangen. Es kann und sollte also noch deutlich besser werden. Diese Ausgangslage hat aktuell kaum ein Miner. Zumal Coeur Mining im Vergleich zu Barrick oder B2Gold und vielen anderen Minern in politisch deutlich sichereren Staaten produziert.

Coeur Mining bleibt mein absoluter Favorit.

Danke, gut analysiert. Wenn man den Kurs der letzten sechs Monate betrachtet, sieht man ja, dass viele Marktteilnehmer das genauso optimistisch sehen. Bereits eine Steigerung von 200 Prozent.
Ich persönlich hoffe, dass es noch eine Weile so weitergeht und deine Berechnungen stimmen, weil ich schon lange dabei bin und schon zweimal einer Verdoppelung und Halbierung meiner Investition zuschauen musste.
Ich bin guter Dinge, dass der Turnaround endlich wieder geschafft ist.
Hier bei Coeur habe ich gelernt, dass man Minen laaaaange beobachten muss um dann zuzuschlagen, wenn sie ganz unten sind. Man erkennt auch hier bei Coeur (10 Jahre) fast immer einen klaren, sehr tiefen Boden, wo sie alle paar Jahre mal aufsetzt, wie fast jede Mine. Trifft man nur ungefähr den Punkt, kann man sich rasch an 200-1000 % Kursgewinnen freuen.
Das macht die Anlage mit Minen  irgendwie auch spannend, nicht wie bei Apple oder Amazon immer dieser recht straighte Zuwachs :)

Der wird spannend. Wichtiger werden natürlich die folgenden Berichte. Wenn aber Quat 1 schon ohne Probleme und mit plangemäßen Ergebnissen kommt, dann ist der Rest auch nur noch Formalität. Dann brummt der Laden selbst wenn Gold und Silber noch etwas fällt.

-Die neue Brecheranlage ist recht spät im März in Betrieb gegangen läuft aber nun. (Ich date die läuft längst.)
-Es gab noch eine große Restzahlung für die Modernisierung. (Die ich nicht so erwartet habe.)
-Die Ergebnisse liegen noch nicht auf dem Level wie ich es erhofft hatte. (... wenn die Anlage erst so spät anläuft... naja.)
-Die EM Verkaufspreise liegen noch weit unter dem aktuellen Niveau. (Warum eigentlich?)
Ziemlich großer Anteil an Bonizahlungen. (Hoffentlich passt das zu den zukünftigen Ergebnissen.)

Fazit: Ich habe wohl zuviel erwartet. Aber der Weg passt und widerspricht nicht den Prognosen.

Meine Erwartungen: Quartal 2
Anlage läuft problemlos und produziert günstiger. Die Verkaufspreise sind deutlich an den aktuellen Preisen angepasst und die Kosten/Ausgaben gehen insgesamt deutlich zurück.

Naja, ich habe wohl ein Feuerwerk an positiven Zahlen erwartet. Aber realistisch betrachtet war das wohl der Abschluss zum Modernisierungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt. Das läuft nicht so schnell wie man es gerne hätte. Muss ich mich wohl bis Juli gedulden was die Zahlen angeht. Schade.

   Commercial production achieved at Rochester; ramp-up on-track – Commissioning of Rochester’s new three-stage crushing circuit and truck load-out facility was completed on March 7, 2024. Coeur Reports Continued Positive Results From Kensington’s Multi-Year Exploration Program

Recent assays highlight the potential to extend its reserve based mine life to over five years by year-end

Die Zahlen bestätigen den guten Weg. Wir haben einen Durchschnittsverkaufspreis von 2003$ / Oz Gold und 26,20$ / Oz Silber. Das nächste Mal werden es vermutlich um die 2400$ /Oz Gold und ggf. 28 - 29$ / Oz Silber werden. Vor einem Jahr waren es 1809$ bzw 23,91$. Da hatte Coeur Mining auch noch ein riesen Projekt welches ordentlich Kohle kostete. Natürlich werden die jetzt durch die Mehreinnahmen auch mehr ausgeben. Die Kosten der Erweiterung die für 2025 geplant waren hat man jetzt schon im 2.Quat24 bezahlt. Fehlen nur noch 5Mio von den 730 Mio Investitionskosten, dann sind die auch durch. Ich denke Coeur Mining wird diesen Herbst noch ordentlich abgehen. Allgemein ist bei den Minern noch sehr viel Skepsis mit in den Kursen. Bei Coeur sehe ich keinen Grund. Coeur hat alles richtig gemacht und wir dieses Jahr noch begeistern. Natürlich habe ich auch deutlich mehr Gewinn erwartet, doch dafür hat man ja einleuchtende Gründe dargelegt. Wenn man jetzt nicht das gute Ertrag/Kosten Verhältnis nutzt wäre man schön blöd. Die Erträge dürften die nächsten Monate der Hammer sein. Zumal Gold bei Coeur eindeutig übergewichtet ist. Ich weiß garnicht warum Silber immer so stark den Kurs beeinflusst.

Coeur Mining übertrifft wieder die Erwartungen

Gestern habe ich dann die langersehnte Nachricht von Coeur Mining erhalten, dass die Zahlen vom Q2 draussen sind. Die sind nicht nur super sondern besser als erwartet. Die Kohle kommt rein, und zwar richtig dick. Wenn die EM auch weiterhin so stark sind und Silber noch nachzieht wird es zukünftig einen Rekord nach dem anderen geben. Wir haben ja schließlich inzwischen noch höhere Kurse als im Q2. Ich sehe bei Coeur ggf nochmal 100% Steigerung im Kurs. Je nachdem wie es läuft sogar mehr. 2016 ist Coeur schonmal explodiert, und da gab es deutlich weniger Gründe. Die Europäer schlafen offenbar noch. Der Kurs hätte m.M.n. schon mehr abgehen können. Bin gespannt wie die Amerikaner heute Nachmittag drauf reagieren. Andererseits wird Coeur auch nicht soviel in den Medien gepusht wie z.b. Barrick, New Mont oder die anderen Lieblinge die z.B. fast immer z.B. auch bei Goldfolio vom Markus Bußler genannt werden. Ich glaube hier hat er sich geirrt.

Eine weitere starke Verbesserung. Das nächste Quartal kann nur genauso gut werden da die EM Preise ja weiter gestiegen sind und Q3 schon halb um ist. Aber hier die Zahlen zum selbst staunen:

Wie ich es oben schon vermutet habe. Die Amis richten den Wert entsprechend den Zahlen. Da wird aber die nächsten Monate noch einiges mehr passieren. Selbst wenn Gold wieder auf 3000$ zurück fallen würden wäre das für Coeur Mining nicht einmal ein Rückgang der Einnahmen. Denn das ist der Wert im Q2. Da die EM seitdem aber weiter gestiegen sind und beim Silber vermutlich noch deutlich was ansteht wird Coeur Mining weiter super performen. Alle die investiert sind gratulation. Alle die noch nicht dabei sind. Hier ist noch lange nix zu spät.

Coeur Mining hat selbst die Gewinnmitnahmen nach den Zahlen wurden einfach neutralisiert. Jeden Tag im Plus. Im Vergleich zu anderen ist Coeur Mining selbst im down bei EM stabil.

Wenn man sich die Fundamentals anschaut und die Prognosen stellt sich keine Frage mehr. Wer was sicheres sucht (wirklich sicher ist ja nix, ich hatte schon nen Öl Produzenten der stark war und einfach einen Brand hatte - und das wars) ist bei Coeur Mining meiner Minung nach gut aufgehoben. Früher war das aufgrund der teuren Programme immer ein wenig zum Haare raufen. Jetzt wird Cash verdient. Die Trends und Prognosen für das 2. Halbjahr sind auch wunderbar. Kurz zusammengefasst, es wird vorraussichtlich stellenweise deutlich mehr an EM produziert als im 1. Halbjahr. Und das zu noch höheren durchschnittlichen Verkaufspreisen. Was ja keine Kunst ist bei den jetzt schon deutlich höheren Preisen als im 1. Halbjahr. Wir haben gerade mal die Hochs von 2021. Das waren noch keine guten Zeiten. Ich denke bei Coeur Mining geht es jetzt erst richtig los. Aber hier erstmal die Übersicht:

Der Höhenflug bei Coeur Mining geht weiter. Der Kurs des US-Bergbauunternehmens mit Fokus auf Silberproduktion scheint seine Konsolidierung beendet zu haben. Coeur Mining hatte beim Quartalsbericht nebenbei angekündigt jetzt mal wieder was für die Aktionäre zu tun. Unter anderem ein Rückkaufprogramm. Die hatten die letzten Jahre hart investiert und letztes Jahr die Programme abgeschlossen. Jetzt bezahlen die dank der hohen Gewinne innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Kredite ab und dann sehen wir mal ob dieses Jahr schon was zum Thema Dividende kommt. Die Investoren wollen ja auch endlich mehr sehen. Bei 11 Dollar waren wir ja schonmal. Hier kann es nur noch massiv bergauf gehen.

Es bestätigt sich was bisher an Fakten gebracht wurden. Es wird noch deutlich weiter nach oben gehen. Es geht nicht anders. Es sei denn die EM fallen bis zum Stand vor 6 Monaten. Das wird aber nicht passieren.

Im 3 Jahres Chart absolut vorraus. Der größte Silberproduzent der USA geht langsam los. Das bisher war nur der Anstieg auf den alten Normalkurs. Die Kosten seitdem 2020 stark investiert wurde drückten die Kurse und das rechnet sich jetzt. Coeur hat zur richtigen Zeit investiert und kann jetzt dick Geld verdienen. Das zeigt sich auch im Chart. Anfang 2024 wurde das teure Projekt erfolgreich zum Laufen gebracht und seitdem läufts. Dazu der Preisanstieg bei den EM und der Laden brummt. Dabei ist 2025 das erste reguläre Betriebsjahr und die Kohle läuft jetzt erst richtig rein.

Während am breiten Aktienmarkt Korrekturen stattfinden, geht die Edelmetall-Hausse weiter. Davon profitiert auch der Silbertitel von Coeur Mining, der nach starken Gewinnen am Freitag auch furios in die neue Woche gestartet ist. Am Dienstag zoigen die Kurse um weitere knapp +4% an. Befeuert durch die Rekordrallye beim Silberpreis geht es für die Aktie von Coeur Mining weiter steil nach oben. Am Mittwoch schnellten die Kurse um mehr als +11% in die Höhe und schafften so den Sprung über die 20,00-US$-Marke. Wenn man einem Titel nochmal 200% zutrauen kann ist es Coeur Mining. Im Hinblick auf die letzten Quartalsergebnisse und die EM Preise des Q3 sowie die sich abzeichnenden Q4 Preise sowie die radikal verdunsteten Schulden wird es für Coeur Mining wohl ein Fest die nächsten zwei Quartalsdaten herauszugeben und abermals die Erwartungen zu übertreffen.
