NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug 13, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Kanakaris.com, the online movie Web site with more than 400 click-and-view movies as well as VHS and DVD titles, today launches its latest version of the AK.TV Internet television station.
Anyone can access 90-seconds of free viewing and unlimited viewing is included in the $4.95 per month All-Access-Pass from Kanakaris Wireless (KKRW) . To see the channel go to www.Kanakaris.com and click on any of the home page links to Internet TV.
Whereas Kanakaris has previously innovated in click-and-view on-demand movie viewing, the AK.TV Internet television portion of the site presents a breakthrough in 24/7 regularly scheduled online video programming. A new proprietary viewing screen, which can be easily increased in size up to the full size of the user's monitor, is introduced as part of the official launch.
A "Now Playing" description on the Kanakaris.com home page is dynamically updated to reflect the current show playing. An online schedule shows a description and times for upcoming programs.
