Management System
Bethesda, MD…DoxSys, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of
e-business, customer relationship management (CRM) and document
management solutions today announces the award of a $1.2million contract
from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to automate the
Complaint Handling And Response Tracking System (CHART).
DoxSys will provide an initial 250-user system to the SEC. The solution is
based on CRM Central 2000 software developed by AVAYA, Inc. (the former
Enterprise Networks Group of Lucent Technologies). DoxSys' comprehensive
suite of professional services will also include needs assessment, consulting,
software development, training, and solutions integration.
The primary mission of the Securities and Exchange Commission is to protect
investors and maintain the integrity of the securities markets through the

enables the public to contact the SEC in an efficient manner with complaints
and reports of possible violations. The DoxSys solution will automate the tasks
of receiving complaints and investor questions, responding to submitters of
complaints, routing and archiving complaints and constructing queries and
reports relating to complaints and questions.
Michael D. Brant, President and CEO, DoxSys, said, "We are very excited
about the opportunity to work with AVAYA Communication in leading the
implementation of the new CRM Central 2000 suite. With this system the SEC
