Jiwa Bio-Pharm Holdings Limited is engaged in the research and production of pharmaceutical products in China, and trading and distribution of pharmaceutical products for European pharmaceutical companies. It has also started to produce prescription Chinese medicines and Chinese healthcare products. The Company has launched four new products, during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006 (fiscal 2006), namely Artrodar, Shi Si Tai, Huo Duo Shi and Jida Bente. In fiscal 2006, the Company sold approximately 31 types of drugs, which mainly belongs to anti-infectious, mulculo-skeletal and gastro-intestinal categories of drugs. Five new special products were imported into China via agency agreements between the Company and major European pharmaceutical corporations. In addition, Jiwa Bio-Pharm Holdings Limited produced about 12 kinds of Chinese healthcare products, the sales of which were about 4.7% of the Company's total revenue during fiscal 2006.
