BROOMFIELD, Colo., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:

Solutions Inc. (GSI). Under the terms of the multi-million dollar agreement, GSI will use
Level 3's (3)Link Private Line and (3)Center Colocation services for Verizon's new global
network.
