Goldkurs wird durch die Gelddruckerei der Notenbanken weiter unter Druck geraten!
Aber irgendwann kommt die Wende. Bei Benchmark oder DRD wird das schon mal im Kurs ersichtlich!

Bitte nicht auf meine Rechtschreibung achten! Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Usern hier bei Ariva, liegt der Ebi52 doch bestimmt im oberen Mittelfeld! In den Fächern Deutsch, Religion und Klettern hatte ich immer ein "Sehr Gut"! Leider gab es damals noch kein Fach "Glückliches Händchen an der Börse "! Dann hätte ich bestimmt den Numerus Clausus für Orgelbau geschafft!
Ihr habt bestimmt gemerkt, dass ich Langeweile habe, aber ohne Börsenbewegungen ist das Leben nicht mehr lebenswert! Das ist noch schlimmer als Corona!

Dackel würde bestimmt meinem Leben bestimmt einen Mehrwert geben! Der ist mit Leckerli und Bällchen,  sowie Streicheleinheiten zu befriedigen. Eine Frau bestimmt nur, solange die Leckereien nicht ausbleiben!
Ich weiß, wovon ich rede. Aber Dank der Börse durfte ich meine Existenz und mein Haus und Leben behalten!

Sprott hatte 23.285.642 Aktien und 11.642.821 Warrants was bei Ausübung der Warrants einen Anteil von 21,7 % am Unternehmen bedeutet hätte.
Und das darf er laut Vereinbarung mit Benchmark nicht.

Also muss er verkaufen, wenn er wandeln möchte. Wenn man  Warrants zu 0,40 CAD hat, würde ich auch wandeln. Das ist doch ein No-Brainer.

Und wer kennt schon die Agenda von Sprott. Ist doch gut möglich, dass das ein geplanter Deal war, nach der RE 5 Mio Aktien zu 1,30 an einen Insti abzugeben, der zur KE nicht kaufen durfte.
Der Preis ist vielleicht nicht zufällig genau der KE-Preis. Und derjenige, der die 5 Mio abgenommen hat, wird es auch nicht Sprott zuliebe gemacht haben.

Ich sitze auch noch im Boot. Mindestens bis PEA und Update der RE im Frühjahr 2022 ;)

Und dann läuft auch schon die (von 2020 auf 2021 verschobene) Fußball-EM...

Das hat den Vorteil, dass die meisten Leute erstmal schön abgelenkt sind und das Interesse an BNCH (bzw. Börse allgemein) gegen Null tendiert.  
Ich schließe auch nicht aus, dass nächste Woche noch mal kräftig abverkauft wird... (Kursziel 1 CAD).

Also, einfach mal abschalten für die kommenden 4 Wochen!

BNCH hat eine weitere 5-jährige Arbeitsgenehmigung  bis 2026 erhalten...
Also, nach einem (mittelfristigen?) Verkauf des Projekts sieht's wohl eher nicht aus.
Man orientiert sich offenbar auf einen verlängerten Explorations- und Minengenehmigungsprozess.

Die Frage ist, ob eine solche zeitliche 'Streckung' des Verfahrens von den Anlegern positiv oder negativ beurteilt wird.  (mögliche KE  in 2022...?)
BNCH ist immer für Überraschungen gut!
