Bayport International mit neuen Ergebnissen

Bayport International gab heute bekannt, dass die Tiefbohrungen #2 und 5 im Brownfeld erfolgreich verlaufen sind. Sprengungen in Bohrlöchern zur Erzeugung von Produktionskavernen sind erfolgreich verlaufen, und das Erdgas wird derzeit auf seine Qualität untersucht. Die beiden neu niedergebrachten Bohrungen, in Kooperation mit Downhole Energy Inc, stehen somit kurz vor Produktionsbeginn. Bayport gibt allerdings auch bekannt, dass eine Anbindung der Bohrungen an eine nahe gelegte Pipeline eines anderen Unternehmens noch erfolgen muss.

Nach der Verkündung des joint venture könnte Bayport seine Einnahmen verbessern. Das sollte sich auch in einer Kurserholung wiederspiegeln.

Unternehmensprofil auf otcmarkets.com nun über 230 Millionen Aktien ausstehend. Es scheint, dass Bayport diese Aktien möglicherweise im Tausch für Finanzierungen zum angekündigten Joint venture ausgegeben hat.

Für mich sind das Anzeichen, dass der Aufwärtstrend eher anhält.

Verwirklichung der Gesellschaftsankündigug stattfindet, hängt nicht allein von BAYPORT ab.

Das ist zumindest ein kleines positives Zeichen, denn die meisten hier sind abwartend. Im Mai 2015 finden in Las Vegas Veranstaltungen statt, auf denen Bayport wahrscheinlich neue Ergebnisse präsentiert. Man darf gespannt bleiben.

Für die Wirtschaft als solches ist ein niedriger Ölpreis eher vorteilhaft, da die Produktion und Distribution von Waren günstiger wird.

Bayport has solidified a contract to purchase outright 100.0% Working Interest and 80.0% Net Revenue Interest in the currently producing oil and gas property.

The Cook Ranch Lease Drill Project is a 160 acre oil and gas lease, with an existing Dutcher oil and gas well drilled to a total depth of 2,825 feet. The well was completed in 1982 by the Marshall R. Young Oil Co. The Cook Ranch lease is situated in Section 10, Township 12 North, Range 10 East, in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma.

The Cook Ranch #10-15 well has multiple oil and gas shows in the Dutcher formations as evidenced by OCC completion reports. The Cook Ranch #10-15 well initial production was 53 BOPD and 89 MCFGPD. The Cook Ranch #10-15B was completed in the Booch formation. The Cook Ranch #10-15B well initial production was 45 BOPD as shown in the OCC completion report. With the current averages being paid for oil and gas makes this prospect very attractive. We anticipate that these prices will return our initial investment in 18 - 24 months, and have a 6 to 1 return on investment over the life of the well.

eine weitere Vorstellung von Ergebnissen kommt. Allerdings sind bereits Ankündigungen zu dem Audit gekommen, wenn auch nur am Rande. Das Audit scheint eine Voraussetzung für die weitere Entwicklung bei bayport zu sein, denn die Firma plant ein Uplisting. In den letzten Tagen ist das Volumen deutlich angestiegen. ich vermute, dass dies nicht allein auf die letzten News, sondern auch eine positive Erwartungshaltung wieder spiegelt.

Die Diskussion über die Geschäfte zu den Mineralienvorkommen bei Bayport, bzw. deren Tochtergesellschaft Sind derzeit wieder am Aufsteigen.

Bei Bayport scheint allerdings die Niederbringung der Bohrungen in Pennsylvania, bzw. der Zukauf weiterer Quellen, eng mit dem niedrigen Ölpreis zu tun zu haben. Die nachlassenden Ölpreise scheinen sich wohl nicht besonders positiv auf die Verkaufserlöse ausgewirkt zu haben.
Es ist aber auch anzunehmen, dass der Ölpreis sich wieder erholt und durch höhere Verkauserlöse sich dies insgesamt positiv auf die Geschäftsentwicklung bei Bayyport auswirken könnte.
