ANALYST UPGRADE
the long time analyst of Calypte Biomedical, known affectionately (mostly) as "Toraden" issued an upgrade from "Hold" to "Speculative Buy" late Friday evening.
In an interview in his office which may or may not overlook the Hudson, Toraden commented that the recent management shakeup resulting in the promotion of Richard George to CEO, and the continued progress toward a marketable Rapid Urine HIV test and interim Rapid Blood HIV test leads him to believe the company is presently oversold and undervalued. Toraden issued a buy recommendation to his preferred clients ten days ago and is now willing to give the general investing community the benefit of his opinions and educated guesses regarding the fortunes of Calypte Biomedical.
