Rights Issue Update

We have previously announced to the market a non renounceable pro
rata rights issue for Options in Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited.

The right to participate in this issue is for existing holders of
shares in the company as at the proposed record date of 27th April
2000.

Existing Optionholders of the company have until that date to be
classified (according to the Terms and Conditions of their Options)
as Shareholders of the company. We are however, asking Optionholders
if they intend to exercise their Options, to do so at the earliest
opportunity to enable the ratio of Options to Shares to be finalised.

Die Optionen werden im April herausgegeben, dann wird der Kurs von Magna auch wieder mal weiter steigen. Das Kaufinteresse ist nach wie vor vorhanden. Ich habe letzte Woche nochmal geordert. Ein Gewinn von 100% auf 2 Monate ist so gut wie sicher. Ausserdem ist Magna eine gute Alternative zu meinen Werten im NM. Denn wie jedes Jahr werden viele NM-Werte bald nach unten gehen, bevor dort die Sommer-Ralley wieder einsetzt. Ich habe bereits einige Werte umgeschichtet und bin verstärkt in Magna und UCL drinn. Vor der Sommerralley werd ich jeweils die Hälfte verkaufen und wieder in meine alten NM-Werte reingehen.
