VINCI is now renewing this partnership for the period up to 2018 and increasing funding for the five-year period from €3 million to €4 million. For this second sequence, the research work will be even more application-oriented and have a broader international reach, notably via the presence of British and Swiss-German experts in its governing bodies. 1 Application on the scale of a neighbourhood of Equer, the building life cycle analysis tool that is used to estimate the environmental footprint of a building based on 10 environmental indicators (energy consumption, materials, water consumption, construction processes used, waste, etc.) to ensure that, over the entire life cycle of the project (construction, operation, renovation, demolition), one type of pollution is not replaced by another. Nova Equer covers several buildings and the public spaces of a neighbourhood (green spaces, streetlights, etc.). It is used in particular to estimate the influence of a block plan on the energy and environmental performance of a "city segment".

2 A tool for assessing biodiversity in an urban setting, Biodi(v)strict draws up a review of the areas able to support biodiversity. Biodiversity indicators are assessed on the basis of representative species counts (nesting birds, reptiles, butterflies). 3 A model that simulates parking in an area in which the capacities of the various transport resources (vehicles, road infrastructure, parking spaces) are shown and compared with the mobility needs in the area under consideration. LONDON (dpa-AFX Analyser) - Das Analysehaus S&P Capital IQ hat Vinci von "Buy" auf "Hold" abgestuft und das Kursziel von 60 auf 47 Euro gesenkt. Das Baugeschäft (contracting) in Europa stehe weiter unter Druck, schrieb Analyst Clive Roberts in einer Studie vom Montag. Roberts verwies auf die Gebäude- und Straßeninstandsetzung in Frankreich sowie auf die Aktivitäten in Großbritannien. Das Wachstum außerhalb Europas mache dies nicht wett. Das Baugeschäft für Großprojekte und Infra-strukturen steht unserer Ansicht nach vor gol- denen Jahren. Warum?

Die regulatorischen Anforderungen sind so komplex geworden, dass immer mehr Bauprojekte nur noch von Kon- zernen geschultert werden können, die spezi- aliserte Spezialabteilungen darauf ansetzen. Zudem erschafft sich Vinci als Betreiber von Flughäfen und Mautstraßen eine kleine Mono- polstellung mit einem konstanten Einnahme- strom. Bereits 46 Flughäfen weltweit werden von Vinci betrieben. Alle diese Entwicklungen haben zu einer steigenden Nettogewinnmarge geführt.

Im letzten Geschäftsjahr lag diese bei 6,8 %. Tendenz steigend. Unsere Investment- these ist: Flughäfen wird es in 20 Jahren noch geben, Großbauprojekte wird es in 20 Jahren noch geben und Vinci wird deutlich gewachsen sein. Eine gute Aktie für die Philosophie: Ver- meide Fehler, dann verdienst Du Geld.

Dumm und verlustbringend allerdings wenn fast nicht geflogen werden kann und der Straßenverkehr dazu auch noch recht dünn ist.  

Mischkonzern Vinci wächst kräftig
Der französische Mischkonzern Vinci (Vinci Aktie) hat 2023 dank eines starken Flughafen- und eines robusten Energiegeschäfts deutlich mehr umgesetzt. Die Erlöse stiegen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um zwölf Prozent auf 68,8 Milliarden Euro, wie das Unternehmen am Mittwochabend mitteilte. Unter dem Strich verdienten die Franzosen mit 4,7 Milliarden Euro zehn Prozent mehr als ein Jahr zuvor. Das war auch mehr als Analysten im Schnitt erwartet hatten. Der französische Mischkonzern Vinci (Vinci Aktie) hat in den ersten neun Monaten vor allem dank guter Geschäfte im europäischen Ausland weiter zugelegt. Der Umsatz sei bis Ende September um etwas mehr als drei Prozent auf 52,3 Milliarden Euro gestiegen, wie der im europäischen Leitindex EuroStoxx 50 gelistete Konzern am Donnerstagabend in Rueil-Malmaison mitteilte. Experten hatten mit einem etwas stärkeren Anstieg gerechnet. In Frankreich zog der Erlös um knapp drei Prozent auf 22,5 Milliarden Euro an, während der Umsatz in Europa ohne Frankreich um fast zehn Prozent auf 19 Milliarden Euro kletterte.

Der französische Infrastrukturkonzern Vinci (Vinci Aktie) hat im vergangenen Jahr die Markterwartungen beim operativen Ergebnis übertroffen. Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern aus der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit stieg um rund 8 Prozent auf 9,0 Milliarden Euro, wie das Unternehmen am Donnerstag nach Börsenschluss in Nanterre mitteilte. Analysten hatten mit weniger gerechnet. Der Umsatz kletterte um 4 Prozent auf 71,6 Milliarden Euro. Unter dem Strich legte der Gewinn um gut 3 Prozent auf 4,9 Milliarden Euro zu, die Dividende soll um 25 Cent auf 4,75 Euro steigen.
Wenn die Effekte einer höheren Unternehmenssteuer außer Acht gelassen werden, erwartet das Management auch im neuen Jahr mehr Umsatz und mehr Gewinn. Vinci ist ein Bau- und Energiekonzern und betreibt daneben auch Flughäfen und Mautstraßen. Chef Xavier Huillard sprach von höheren Passagierzahlen auf den Flughäfen als vor der Covid-Pandemie, zudem habe sich das Energiegeschäft besonders stark entwickelt. Er blickt auf einen rekordhohen Auftragsbestand in der Sparte mit Energie und Bau.
