Correction due to a translation error on behalf of the issuer:
In yesterday's ad-hoc-announcement, 7:13 pm, the first sentence instead of:
"As per yesterdays general assembly Met@box AG of Hildesheim, Germany (MBX),
has
decided to change its business from being a developer, manufacturer and
distributor of Set-Top-Boxes to the business of licensing its technology to
others." it must read:
"As per yesterdays general assembly Met@box AG of Hildesheim, Germany (MBX),
developer of Set-Top-Boxes for interactive digital Television, has decided to
change its business from being a manufacturer and distributor of such Set-Top
Boxes to the business of licensing its technology to others."
In the last sentence instead of: "The contract is effective as of November
1st,
or once Met@box has withdrawn its filing for insolvency, whichever comes
first."
it must read: "The contract is effective as of November 1st, but becomes
valid
only once Met@box has withdrawn its filing for insolvency."
The complete corrected announcement is:
