NW Tech Capital Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NWTT) (www.nwtechcapital.com) is pleased to announce that merger 7662491 Canada Incorporated (Canada Corp.) has finalized.

The merger is now finalized between these two companies. NWTT is happy to have Canada Corp. under its wing. Canada Corp. licensed property is well located along a quality gold belt that contains high grade gold. The property is strategically placed within an area with well-documented, historic and present, gold manifestation. The previous property explorations proved the presence of gold on the property and the company continues the exploration phase.

By merging with Canada Corp., NWTT is looking to enter into the Canadian mining segment and increase the company value for the shareholders. These companies look forward to a long working relationship, and NWTT will advise the public on all developments regarding this subsidiary.

Between now (the release of this news) and early next week the company intends to post on OTC Markets web site topography of the exploration site and any other relevant information relating to this merger.

In other company news and events, the silver mining venture based in British Columbia, Canada is still in the play. The eco-lighting and paint company mergers are still alive, however the company seeks the most appropriate fit for the company to best benefit its shareholder base.

I am not a professional, but the certified results indicate 10X's higher grades than have been reported. This report was done by the 2 acknowleged Geologist in previous report. NWTT Acquires New Mining Property With Historically Confirmed Findings of Platinum, Copper and Nickel

HENDERSON, NEVADA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/18/11 -- NW Tech Capital Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NWTT) (www.nwtechcapital.com) is pleased to announce that it has executed an Option Agreement that grants the company 100% interest in a prolific platinum, copper and nickel-bearing property located in McConkey Township, Ontario.

After successfully completing the negotiation process, management decided to enter into an agreement that gives the company unrestricted rights to explore resources and reserves on what is known as the Caribou Property. The property comprises four claims with 34 units totalling approximately 680 hectares in McConkey Township. It covers the north and northwest portions of Caribou Lake, NTS 41 H/16. The area is located approximately 100 kilometres north of Parry Sound and approximately 290 kilometres north of Toronto.

The property covers a mafic intrusive complex known as the Caribou Complex that has been explored previously for copper and nickel mineralization. Government geologists reported significant platinum values on the property during past exploration work. The mineralization described to date in the Caribou Lake intrusive has been comprised of disseminated pyrrhotite and pyrite with variable amounts of chalcopyrite in norite or pyroxenite. The presence of this style of mineralization associated with large IP anomalies has also been noted by previous workers.

The Caribou Property has an interesting history of exploration, but it hasn't been explored adequately, especially not with modern exploration techniques that involve Systematic Platinum Group Element (PGE) analysis. NWTT looks forward to starting development that will allow the full potential of the property to finally be realized.

Das Vorhandensein dieser Art von Mineralisierung in Verbindung mit großen IP-Anomalien wurde auch schon bei bisherigen Arbeiten am Grundstück festgestellt.
