genOway is a service provider fully dedicated to the development of genetically modified mouse and rat models. With 50 full-time employees and operating in 22 countries in Europe, North America and Asia, genOway is the largest company in its field in Europe, both in terms of employees and clients. 40 experienced biologists (15 PhDs and 25 technicians) are exclusively concentrated on designing models, molecular biology, cell biology and embryology. Since its creation, genOway has developed more than 300 mouse lines for its customers.

2005 Markt für Laborratten 1,1 Mrd$ Steigerungsrate 10% pro jahr
90% des Marktes gedeckt durch Nicht genetisch veränderte Tiere
Resultat: Nettoverlust 2005

2006 Umsatz 4,4 mio euros
allerdings Forschung + Marketing führten zu Nettoverlust von 2,4 mio euros

Genoway erhofft durch die IPO ca 5,3 mio euros einzunehmen, damit ist der Wert der Firma bei 26,5 mio = entspricht 6x dem Umsatz

Mit dem Geld wird das Marketing, die interne Struktur verändert,
hauptsächlich jedoch ein Katalog mit "Vor-programmierten / Gent. veränderten Tieren erstellt" bzw als direkte Order ermöglicht.

Von versch Stellen als Kauf empfohlen
Es wird eine definitive Steigerung bis Ende des Jahres erwartet.

Greetings/bonjour/Shalom,
verschiedene Analysten sehen Genoway bei +7 euro,
esw ird nach der sehr gut gelaufenen IPO von Gewinnmitnahmen (Einführung 4,96- erster Handerl über 6, 3..) ausgegangen, eine Stabilisierung um ca 5,5-6 ab dann in Richtung min 7 euro bis Mitte/Ende des Jahres. Mitte/Ende in Abhängigkeit der Umsetzung der neuen Struktur intern.
