Dort wurde mir nochmals bestätigt das alles in Ordnung ist, und das Adelong jetzt vom Mining Board ins Capital Board wechselt.Und das sei sehr sehr positiv zu werten.Das dauert aber ein Zeitlang(siehe Abador).
Desweitern wird Euro am Sonntag Adelong neu recherchieren und eine Gegendarstellung drucken.Erscheint am 6.2.2000

Risiko kannst du dir erklären, warum bei meiner Depotübersicht bei der Direkt Anlage Bank Adlong auf 1,19 Euro steht?

Habe selber am Diesnstag mit Mr McKee gesprochen und er sagte mir das selbe wie Dir. Ich weiß das Du dich ja schon längere Zeit in Australien aufhälst und bin dankbar, daß jemand diese Infos bestätigt, die ich auch für positiv halte . Es ist halt eine Frage der Zeit, wie lange die Aussetzung anhält ,bin sehr groß investiert in Adelong. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange die Aussetzung bei Abador war / ist. Wäre nett, wenn mir das jemand mitteilen würde. Für den, der es nicht glaubt kann von mir sogar die Handy Nummer von Mr McKee bekommen, per E-mail. Ich denke nicht das es in seinem Interesse ist, wenn ich hier seine Handy Nummer frei anbiete, da er auch sehr höflich war und sich meine Bedenken und Fragen anhörte und beantwortete.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen da mal anzurufen.Dann habt ihr keine zweifel mehr daran das Adelong demnächst auf 5 Euro steht.Die sagen da genau das was ich euch scho die ganze Zeit sage.

An General:Nein,ich bin bei Comdirect.Aber ich weis das ab heute Adelong überall nicht mehr Adelong-irgenwas mit Gold, sondern ab heute Adelong-Capital-Group heißt.Vielleicht hängt das damit zusammen.
Terrex wird noch in diesem Monat unbenannt.Wenn das dann alles offizell ist, dann wird die Aktie auch in (ich glaube Industriell Board, auf jeden Fall das gleiche wie jetzt Abador) wechseln.Dann wird der Kurs auch 6-8 Wochen ausgesetzt und wir können ihn bei Cyber-Rockets oder beim Herr Burkardt(München Salzburger Bank)jeden Tag steigen sehen.

Change in focus of activities

Adelong Capital advises that due to the significant change in
circumstances over the past few months and in accordance with the
mandate given by shareholders at the AGM, the Company is proceeding
to change its direction and activities from mining to focus on
strategic international investments in technology based companies.
Adelong Capital Limited will therefore maintain its suspension in
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 11.1 and proceed to comply with the
requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 to seek a relisting as an
international venture capital investment group.

Adelong Capital currently has two internal company investments and
will continue to seek other investment opportunities in the
telecommunication, technology and electronic media sectors. The
Company currently has in excess of A$10 million on hand and is well
placed to take advantage of further investment opportunities as they

You want to know about Adelong Consolidated Gold Mines NL? Probably not, but half of Germany does.

The ASX yesterday got about 70 identical and polite form letters from German investors asking when the stock, suspended on January 28 after it emerged one of the directors had been talking it up on a chat site, was going to be relisted.

They got an equally polite but daunting response which noted that ASX was still assessing the company's response to queries but that not only had no date for reinstatement yet been set, but "it is possible that the company's shares could remain suspended for an indefinite period of time".

ASX appears to have the task of cleaning up the mess after someone outside Australia got German market punters into a frenzy and coincidentally rode roughshod over the continuous disclosure regime, never mind the Chapter 11 rule governing actions required of companies that change their principal activity from gold to dot com status.

The investors are owed the chance to trade the stock, but until Adelong is shown to comply with the listing rules the ASX must be reluctant to lift the suspension.
