Die Augrid Corporation aus Houston, Texas beendete die zweite
Testserie Ihres Körperprotektors (kugelsichere Rüstung).

gleichen Testeinrichtungen für Ihre Tests benutzt und stellten
signifikante Verbesserungen fest.
„Die Ergebnisse waren excellent und überstiegen die anfänglichen

Corporation. Alysiums Körperprotektoren wurden über die Titanplatten
angebracht.Mit verschiedenen Waffen wurde auf die Protektoren mit
den Titanplatten gezielt um deren Wiederstandskraft zu testen.
Die abgefeuerten Schüsse wurden von den Körperprotektoren
absorbiert, und sie verloren beim Aufprall auf die Titanplatten an Energie,
so daß sich die Kugel weitete. Das Titan wurde eingebeult, blieb aber
fest ohne ein Eindringen.
In einem direkten Vergleich wurde auf die Rückseite der Titanplatten
geschossen, diesmal ohne den Schutz des Alysium Körperprotektors,
also nur auf die Titanplatte , bei gleicher Position, gleicher Entfernung
und gleicher Munition. Der Schuß ging ohne Verzögerung durch die
Titanplatten durch. Unser Team hat bewiesen, daß unsere Körper-
Protektoren Menschenleben schützen.

Jetzt kann sich ja jeder denken, daß diese Aktie eine Kursrakete geben
könnte, nachdem President Bush 300 Millionen Dollar für Körperprotektoren
ausgeben will. Ist für ihn schon betrüblich, wenn er im Wahljahr erlebt,
wie viele seiner Soldaten im Irak durch Heckenschützen ihr Leben lassen
müssen.
Lebenerhaltendes spricht sich auch sicher schnell bei anderen Armeen
bei Rüstungsmessen und Manövern rum.

AüGRID Pursues Opportunities for DHS Contract

June 29th, 2004 Houston, Texas, AüGRID Corporation (OTCBB: AGRD) announced today that it has engage an strategic alliance with EmInSys, Inc. to further the development and marketing of AüGRID’s Codestar program, a state-of-the-art Airport Security System and Emergency Notification Software.

Under this agreement, AüGRID Corporation and EmInSys, Inc. will pursue funding from the Department of Homeland Security’s FY2004 $9.1-billion budget for Emergency Preparedness. The focus of the joint venture is to utilize both AüGRID’s and EmInSys’ technologies to create an Emergency Notification System, as recommended recently by the 911 consul, to secure a portion of the $180-million earmarked for Emergency Management Performance Grants (www.dhs.gov). Dafür hat Augrid in Amiland mit nem leichten Plus geschlossen 0,0045 USD.
Mal sehn, ob das in Berlin morgen etwas belebt.

Ich werde mir das noch 1,2 Tage anschauen und dann evtl. für 4 kaufen,
aber nur,wenn die Tendenz an OTC anhält,also nach oben.
Aber einen Kauf für 3 hab ich stehen,bin aber nicht allein.
Lustig ist,daß ich jetzt das Orderbuch Berlin über Onvista einsehen kann,
aber nicht Augrid,alles andere funktioniert,warum auch immer.

AüGRID proceeds with order fulfillment for Z’Lektra Group.

Houston, Texas – August 11, 2004 – AüGRID Corporation (OTCBB: AGRD) announced today that it is moving forward with its order fulfillment to Z’Lektra Group. As previously announced, Optipure (www.opti-pure.com), AüGRID’s wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an exclusive binding contract to supply at least 500, 42” High Performance Optipure Plasmas for Z’Lektra and a Gym TV private network in the southeast. Part two of the order consists of 100 screens already in route, scheduled for delivery in late August 2004. The initial delivery of 50 screens was announced June 28th in the news release.

Unlike the less expensive units, the Optipure panels will not flicker the slightest bit, not even a single pixel.

Proprietary Glass technology: Protected by the recent filing of U.S. Patent #10/465729 and International #PCT/US2003/019479, our proprietary plasma glass coating substrate will soon prove to be a key factor in the advancement of plasma glass technology. Our glass coating offers the following benefits:

   1) It enhances color balance by imposing an optical filter on the screen, which is tuned to very specific color frequencies, and ultimately minimizes the spikes in red, green and blue that are readily visible in the glass of most screens.

   2) It reduces and even eliminates the reflective properties of the inside of the front plate allowing for higher voltage at the address buss. This permits our screens to achieve what we call “perfect HEX”–based on color specifications published by Adobe Systems, what is considered the “standard” for the publishing industry. Our coated glass panels are capable of reproducing a perfect white Hex #FFFFFF, as well as a perfect Black Hex #000000, allowing viewers of our screens to more accurately see what the artist or composer had intended the viewer to see.

   3) The diamond-hard silicon carbide coating protects the front glass plate from burn in images by as much as 800% over non-coated glass.

Advance Firmware & Menu structure: Optipure screens are equipped with sophisticated firmware, which allows them to maintain a vertical synch even when the input synch has changed. This enables the screen the inherent ability to stay awake, as well as prevents the screen’s software from crashing, when the input synch changes drastically. This is a common phenomenon with poorly written firmware, and it normally requires the screen to be turned off and on. This firmware also allows for a very sophisticated menu structure that enables the viewer controls to achieve the best picture possible under any signal quality. Our firmware has more than 21 picture adjustments and settings, with such advance settings as: Gamma; Individual Color Temperature; ICC (Input Color Compensation); Individual Gain (for each of the color inputs); and two Memory Banks, which allows the viewer to save presets for different venues.

In addition to the various technical properties that set our products apart, we are currently working on being able to move away from the current, widely used plastic frame, to an all aluminum structure in 2005. Another indication of the high quality we strive for in our products.

Mit 400 $ Cash kommt man nicht besonders weit.

Daneben haben sie in den ersten 6 Monaten ca. 100000 $ Umsatz gemacht und dazu 97000 $ aufwänden müssen.
Mit dem Reverse Split wollen sie also Aktien zur weiteren Finanzierung des operativen Geschäfts verfügbar machen. Bei gleichbleibender Gesamtzahl der Aktien hat das den gleichen Effekt wie die Ausgabe neuer Aktien -> 1.960.000.000 Aktien verfügbar, bereits ausgegeben Anzahl wird auf ein hundertstel reduziert, so können diese erneut ausgegeben werden(Verwässerung).
Es bleibt Lotto, allerdings mit leicht verschlechterten Quoten und vermutlich geänderter Spieldauer ;-)

wenn sie nicht Regelkonform sind bekommen sie das E, sie haben dann 30 Tage um das Problem zu beseitigen. Ist es beseitigt kommt das E wieder weg, ist es nicht beseitigt werden sie entfernt(-BB). Sie können dagegen Einspruch einlegen oder die Wiederaufnahme beantragen (durch einen MM). Gehandelt wird aber in jedem Falle weiter....allerdings wie eingangs erwähnt ohne Gewähr.
