geht es um die beabsichtigte Abweisung derer beiden folgenden Claims:

Hierzu vergleiche man jetzt die gänzlich anderen "Forderungs"-Nummern!
unter "Docket #51847 - 515th Omnibus Objection"...

Nach meiner Einschätzung haben unsere Lehman Brothers hier möglicher Weise
eine ganz fette Betrugs-Masche endlich "am Haken".

... den ich auch im Umfeld der, von mir stets als "Schwester"-Company angesehenen (und oft auch so bezeichneten), Washington Mutual schon kurz angesprochen habe:

"Die ABWERTUNG, die wir in unseren WMIHs momentan spüren"...

Mein Contact in Sachen Lehman hat mir dazu die Vermutung geäußert, dass es sich bei denen momentan in denen U.S.A. und in Europa flächig auftretenden Verkäufern höchst wahrscheinlich um "Princelings", also um so genannte Prinzlinge handele.

Seine Einschätzung, dass das Chinesische Prinzlinge seien, vermag ich aber nicht zu teilen, denn der Yuan wurde ja schon abgewertet, der Riyal Saudi-Arabiens aber noch nicht.

Nur zur Erinnerung:  Es gibt circa 7000(!) Saudi-Arabische "Prinzen"...

... einer möglichen Abwertung des Saudi-Arabischen Riyal werde ich
natürlich dort fortführen: "Was passiert mit GOLD und SILBER"...

Und hier geht es jetzt weiter mit Lehman  :-))

Die Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. ersucht also um eine Abschluss-Entscheidung des Gerichtes über das Bankruptcy-Verfahren einiger ihrer Töchter. - Ein sehr guter Vorstoß! - Das würde nämlich das "Rest"-Verfahren spürbar entschlacken, zumal ja dann auch kein Handel in Forderungen gegen diese Töchter mehr möglich wäre.

Hat einer einen Überblick von dem, wie hoch noch "der Schuldenberg von Lehman Brothers" ist ?

Ein Vergleich dazu wäre eine Augenweide...und aktuell sehr interessant meiner Meinung nach.

... einen in der Tat wirklich belastbaren Überblick darüber, wie hoch denn actuell noch der Berg echter Schulden derer Lehman Brothers sei, frühestens Ende März haben werden, vielleicht aber auch erst gegen Ende December im laufenden Jahre 2016...

Bis dahin bleiben hier also bislang auch weiters jede Menge Documentierungen nötig.
