IchorCoal EGM: Shareholders reappoint Sebastian Giese as CFO Berlin, 18 December 2013. IchorCoal N.V., an internationally operating mineral resource company, has held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) yesterday. During this meeting Sebastian Giese was reelected as member of the management board and will be CFO of Ichor Coal for another year. No other decision was made during this EGM. The supervisory board nominated Sebastian Giese for reappointment as a member of the management board of the company on the basis of his relevant knowledge and wide experience with the company's activities in coal production especially in South Africa, a region where the company is very active. He has been with the Company since its incorporation in 2011. Sebastian Giese was reelected unanimously by the present shareholders.
