As previously disclosed, in terms of EU laws we do not have line of sight into the details of the shares traded through the FSE. Any holder greater than 3% needs to disclose their details to the FMA in the Netherlands (www.afm.nl/en/professionals/registers/...p;DateTill=#results)
As such, as you are well aware registration was managed by Computershare Germany, with oversight from the Dutch Notary.

Danke für den Hinweis, dass die Frist für die Shares erst einmal ausgelaufen ist. Diese Information hat mir bisher irgendwie gefehlt. Ist zwar auch nicht von dir belegt, muss es aber in dem Moment auch gar nicht, weil es eben ins Bild passt. Zumindest in meines.
Zum Thema Register kann ich mir nur vorstellen, dass da der Datenschutz zieht. Die werden dir sicherlich nur bestätigen, welchen Eintrag du bei denen hast.

Sind nicht etwas über 20 Milliarden genehmigt und davon bereits 4,3 Milliarden ausgegeben und 17,5 können noch, NACH einen HV Beschluss, ausgegeben werden?
17,5 Mrd Aktien sind lt. Beschluss HV 2019 genehmigt, davon 4,3 Mrd ausgegeben.

LOL, da siehste mal das es ich mich noch aufs falsche Pferd setzen lasse :)) Und man sieht, hier gibts massig Leute die noch weniger Ahnung als ich haben. Anders kann ich es mir nicht erklären, dass so mancher hier von einer Neuausgabe von 17,5 Milliarden redet.
Ich war mir sehr sicher so eine PDF mit 21,5 Milliarden unter meinen Dateien gesehen zu haben. Vielleicht suche ich doch mal danach, wobei mir das eh Latte wie Hose ist da kein mir bekannter Beschluss für irgendwas auch immer vorliegt.

21,5 Mrd Shares ist schon richtig:
Aufgeteilt aber in 17,5 Mrd Stammaktien und 4 Mrd Vorzugsaktien, beide mit Nennwert 0,01 Euronencent.

Habs wieder, die 20 000 000 000 Preference Shares hatte ich im Kopf gehabt und damit durcheinander gekommen. Gott bin ich glücklich dass du hier dabei bist :))
Schaut man sich die 2014ner Bilanz Seite 112 an, sieht man schon das Steinhoff, zumindest damals, ein Aktionärsregister geführt hat. Also öffentlich in der Bilanz!

Musst dich nicht bedanken, wir machen das ja auch aus egoistischen Gründen. Denke dass ich da im Namen Dirty´s das auch für ihn schreiben darf.
Wichtig ist aber dass sich Mitleser beteiligen, da auch eine vernünftige andere Meinung oder Sichtweise zur Klärung beitragen kann.

wurde in 2014 und 2015 in den Bilanzen veröffentlicht. Ab 2016 nicht mehr. ferbros nominees (pty) ltd hat von rund 200 Millionen in 2014 auf rund 800 Millionen Aktien in 2015 erhöht.
Hat wohl keinen besonderen Hintergrund, aber trotzdem würde mich interessieren ob die beim Absturz noch dabei waren und wenn ja warum die nicht klagen::)

Aktien ausgegeben....selbst wenn ein Vorratsbeschluß einer HV in der Vergangenheit dazu vorliegen sollte, wird es bei diesen Kursen dazu nicht kommen.....Irrsinn sowas...... Die Ausgabe neuer Aktien macht nur Sinn wenn ein Schuldenschnitt vorher erfolgt ist der aufzeigt wie hoch eventuell noch die Deckungslücke ist oder wieviel Kapital SH noch benötigt um seine Umstrukturierung sinnvoll ! abzuschließen. Alles andere würde die Aktie im Keller verschwinden lassen....
Institutionelle dürfen doch auf Grund ihrer Anlagerichtlinien garnicht investieren. Frage mich manchmal, warum so viele überrascht sind, dass die Kleinanleger prozentual so stark vertreten sind. Das kann sich natürlich gerne mal ändern, wohl aber erst, wenn hier alles durch ist und das Risiko besser kalkulierbar ist.
