Convened on 16 October 2014, the Company's Board has registered the resignation of Mark Inch (Chairman), Renaud Haberkorn, Richard Nottage, Mercedes Erra and Aimery Langlois-Meurinne. On this occasion and in relation to the change in governance linked to the successful tender offer achieved by SMABTP on Société de la Tour Eiffel (of which it holds 89.88% of the capital), the Board has appointed Hubert Rodarie as Chairman and five new members: Bernard Milléquant, Agnès Auberty, Marie Wiedmer-Brouder (independent member) as well as SMABTP, represented by its Chairman Didier Ridoret, and SMAvie, represented by its Chairman Patrick Bernasconi.

The Board also decided the appointment of Philippe Lemoine as new Chief Executive Officer to succeed to Renaud Haberkorn. Expert in commercial real estate in which he has spent most of his career, Philippe LEMOINE has notably been Managing Director of Silic between 2010 and 2013 and Chairman of Socomie between 2004 and 2013.

Furthermore, the Board thanks Mark Inch and all the resigning members for their involvement in the Company's development and their commitment during the Company's last months' transition phase, as well as Renaud Haberkorn for his action and professionalism within the Company, having in particular enabled its clear repositioning in the office real estate market.

Lastly, the Board is calling a Company's general meeting on 5 December 2014.
