Sabesp -- MATERIAL FACT: Disclosure of Business Plan submitted to ARSESP

SÃO PAULO, Feb. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp ("Company" or "Sabesp"), pursuant to the provisions of Article 157, Paragraph 4 of Law No. 6404/76 and the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/02, announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that the Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo (ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Saneamento e Energia do Estado de São Paulo) made available today the Business Plan which is the object of the Second Ordinary Tariff Revision of Sabesp.
As part of the Business Plan, the Company highlights on page 85, the "Table: CAPEX - Disbursements by programs" in the amount of R$ 13.9 billion for the period of 2017 to 2021, which the market is already informed and the "Table: CAPEX – Incorporation of Assets by programs" which totals R$ 15.5 billion for the period of 2017 to 2021.
