PUBLIC OFFERING OF 3.264.742 NEW SHARES

in the framework of a capital increase in cash RESULTS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD WITH PREFERENTIAL RIGHT During the subscription period with preferential right, that was terminated on 31 May 2007, approximately 70% of the new offered shares were subscribed (subject to final count). Preferential rights that were not exercised by the closing of the period for subscription with preferential right will be represented by scrips which will be sold on 01 June 2007 in an accelerated sale restricted to institutional investors only. Holders of scrips will have to subscribe to the new shares at the price of EUR 80,00 per new share (price includes the selling fee of 0,8%) and in the same ratio of 1 new share for 3 existing shares as for the subscription with preferential right. Final results of the subscription with preferential right and with scrips, and of the results of the sale of scrips will in principle be published on 5 June 2007 in L'Echo and De Tijd.
