Ordina nominates Jan Niessen as member of the Supervisory Board

Ordina announces that it plans to nominate Mr. J.G.H.M. (Jan) Niessen as a member of the company's Supervisory Board. The company is convening an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 16 November 2015 in connection with the nomination.

Johan van der Werf, chairman of the Ordina Supervisory Board: "We are very pleased with the proposed appointment of Jan Niessen to Ordina's Supervisory Board. With his executive experience, know-how of processes aimed at improving profitability and returns and financial expertise, he has the profile we are looking for. In addition, Mr. Niessen's appointment will strengthen the connection with the shareholders and add a shareholder perspective. This is something we also consider important, in view of the current difficult market conditions, which are putting pressure on turnover, results and share price. We expect Mr. Niessen to make a valuable contribution to the activities of the Supervisory Board."
