Natureplex, LLC licenses the Massengill Brand from Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc.

Massengill® is a well-recognized brand in feminine care dating back to the 1970's and its #2 position in the category presents meaningful opportunity going forward. Feminine hygiene products have been part of Natureplex's product portfolio for many years now and the addition of Massengill will complement existing production, contribute to greater efficiencies in component and chemical purchases, and will allow Natureplex to compete more aggressively in this category.

The company plans to work diligently on transitioning customers over in early 2017, as well as working on new products to complement the Massengill® Brand. With consumers and retailers emphasizing "natural" products, Massengill's® formulations will focus on being free of parabens and SLS.
