NEW YORK, April 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. ("Advanced Emissions" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: ADES) and its board of directors concerning whether the board has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders or violated the federal securities laws.
On April 24, 2014, the Company filed a Form 8-K announcing a restatement of its financial results. According to Advanced Emissions, the restatement will result in a reduction of revenues of over $10 million and an increase in loss before income taxes of over $2 million.
