RIDGELAND, MS, Jan. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - FRANCHISE SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA INC. ("FSNA" or the "Company") (FSN.V) announced today its financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016.  Revenue and loss from continuing operations for the year ended September 30, 2016 were $9,627,460 and $188,039, respectively, as compared to revenue of $9,648,371 and profit of $196,172 from continuing operations for the year ended September 30, 2015.  Loss after discontinued operations for the year ended September 30, 2016 was $9,152,441 as compared to a loss of $412,617 after discontinued operations for the year ended September 30, 2015.  Discontinued operations consisted of Simply Wheelz LLC f/d/b/a Advantage Rent A Car for the year ended September 30, 2016 and the operations of Practicar Systems Inc for the year ended September 30, 2015.
