TAMPA, Fla., July 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv, Inc. (EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Georgia Butler McCallister as its VP of Pest Control Expansion.  Mrs. McCallister will also serve as the Certified Pest Operator in charge of the new Pestmaster Services Tampa franchise location. Mrs. McCallister has over thirty years of experience in the pest control industry and has been a Pestmaster Services certified pest operator since 2009.

Since her entry into the industry, she has worked for several national service providers including management of state services.  McCallister has been licensed to perform and oversee Household Pest Control, termite inspection and treatment, as well as public health.  She first became associated with Pestmaster in 2009 when she represented the company in their work on Government Contracts and military and veteran facilities in the states of Florida and Georgia. She currently services the existing VA contract in place in Tampa and has for the last 10 months very successfully.

"I'm excited to be joining Pestmaster Tampa in my capacity as VP of Pest Control Expansion and look forward to being the Certified Operator for the new Tampa franchise.  Mr. Trina and his existing team of professionals have given me a great opportunity to spearhead the growth of this company by employing my experience in current and future projects.  My goal is to oversee the expansion of this division through targeting acquisition related companies and government contracts within the space," states Georgia Butler McCallister.

Within the first full two weeks of becoming Pestmaster Services Tampa and including the current bee extraction contract planned for commencement this coming Monday, Pestmaster Tampa will have invoiced VA work of over $20,000.  When considering the initial outlay to obtain the territory franchise rights, the Company has earned back 30% of its initial fees paid.

Chris Trina, CEO of Enviro-Serv states, "I'm not patting myself on my back by any means but where in the world can you find an ROI better than what we've locked into here in Tampa with Pestmaster's? In what will be two short quick weeks we will have earned revenue directly from two different VA contracts that equates to 30% of our initial franchise cash outlay. You can search the world over and you cannot find such returns on franchise fee investments like this; that much I will guarantee."

Trina ended his comments to shareholders by stating, "This isn't even the tip of the iceberg. With the leadership in Reno, of founder Jeff Van Diepen and his talented staff, to the direct leadership of Georgia McCallister here in Tampa, we have a system set up to expand and execute rapidly and multiply our revenue and earnings exponentially, and anything less will be considered failure."
