DSM - Repurchase of Shares (3 - 7 September 2018)

HEERLEN, Netherlands, September 11, 2018

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, has repurchased 189,309 of its own shares in the period from 3 September 2018 up to and including 7 September 2018 at an average price of €88.16. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering commitments under share based compensation plans and for stock dividends, announced on 13 August 2018. The consideration of this repurchase was €16.7 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 605,411 shares for a total consideration of €54.2 million.
