(NASDAQ:CAR) has selected its Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental Licensees of the Year for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This year's recipients for the region are Avis Iceland and Budget Lebanon. Each honoree accepted the accolade at a celebratory event held in Greece.
