Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (Princess or the Company) is currently evaluating the possibility of selling selected fund positions in the secondary market, the purpose of which is to accelerate the ongoing transition of the portfolio towards global direct investments. It is anticipated that somewhere in the region of EUR 130 million to EUR 180 million could potentially be raised from such a transaction.
