A mistake was made in the obligatory announcement according to Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act issued by GK SOFTWARE AG at 5.33 p.m. on 5 April 2013 and entitled 'GK SOFTWARE AG Records Sales of EUR 28.4 Million in Fiscal 2012': the expression 'annual net income' was used instead of the term EBIT. All the other details in the press release remain in force. The corrected text therefore reads as follows: Schöneck, 8. April 2013, The GK SOFTWARE AG Management Board hereby announces that the company's sales amounted to EUR 28.4 million according to the provisional figures that are now available for fiscal 2012. The EBIT amounts to EUR 0.79 million. This results into an EBIT margin on sales of just 2.8 percent compared with previous year's 21.0 percent, confirming the expected heavy negative development of financial 2012.
