8.77% of the Reorganized Common Stock (as such

Coffey labert herum. Walrath unterbricht ihn und fordert ihn auf, ihr endlich zu sagen inwieweit sie anders als die anderen preferred seien.

Coffey sagt dass sie ganz anders als die anderen von der Frage der releases betroffen seien. Da ginge es ja immer noch um das exchange event, usw.

Walrath sagt, dass sie ja Objection zur confirmation geben könnten, wenn sie anders als andere betroffen seien. Coffey stammelt herum. Walrath fährt ihn inzwischen schon regelrecht an. Das wäre keine Frage der Klassifikation.

das werden wir noch sehen, die 70% - 30% waren ein Vorschlag,
wie schon oft geschrieben kann diese Aufteilung von MaryW noch willkürlich geändert werden.. d.h. wissen wir nicht von was die 8,77% sind...

wie ich es verstanden habe bekommen sie 8,77% von den Commons. Die  commons bekommen 30% das ist unsere 100% und die bekommen nur etwas von  unseren 100% also bleiben für uns dan noch 91.23% von den 30% oder wir  bekommen dann noch 29,23% von den ehemaligen 30%.

Aber natürlich kann es noch keiner genau sagen.

Rosen up and speaking about the classes and recovery. Law says that we can put them in the same class. They are simular and put into one class.
