Einiges ? ..

After all the excitement of the moment is gone, let`s be realistic. Price movement up and down does not really matter much in the long run: it`s the FUNDAMENTALS that will carry the future.
Here are what I think of as the great assets of Hartcourt and here are why I think HRCT share price is still way undervalued:
1. Hartcourt has four divisions: ET, SB, AI and E-Education. Except for E-Education, which is a start-up (yet, it has greatest potential because of the business model, the strategic partners and the huge demand), the other 3 divisions (SB, ET and AI) all have 3 desirable assets: profitable business model, huge potential, excellent market position and good management.
Take SB, their traditional Bloomberg terminals of stock quotes and research analysis and their popular Web site are the present. Once they get the CNBC-type of broadcasting in HC Financial TV and their Sinobull magazine going, they can sell this company to any multi-national giants for a huge profit. Everybody wants to cash in the China market after WTO.
Take ET, their alliance with Ji Tong and China Telecom in the biggest and fastest-growing telecom market right now is just a tip of the iceberg.
Take AI-Asia, if you think StreamingAsia is big, what do you think now? Renew Logistics with their exclusive marketing contract with Toy-R-Us Asia and V2 Technology with their who-is-who owners (Pacific Century Cyberworks, Sun Microsystems etc..)?
2. Who has the biggest names in startegic partnerships? Hartcourt`s list of their partners are the source of envy for other OTC companies.Name them: Yahoo, Microsoft, Legend, Cal State Fullerton, IBM, HP, China Telecom etc..
3. They said they are going to get $3.5 Million revenue for Q3 and more for Q4. In the China Internet world, that will put them in the Top Ten.
4. Dr. Phan has all the contacts to ensure that Hartcourt will get the preferred treatment in all transactions and in China, that personal relationship goes a long way.
5. If China is the fastest growing market in the world and in unaffected by the war on terrorism, who can predict how fast China will grow after WTO? They expect a GNP growth of 7.2% this year, despite the global recession.
That`s what I call INVESTING IN FUNDAMENTALS and INVESTING IN LONG-TERM GROWTH.
Yes, I am pleased with the 44percent gain today in this crazy market conditions, but you haven`t seen anything yet. Stick around for another 2 years and you will have a lot of stories to tell the grandchildren.
