hallo leute, bin schon sehr lange dabei, aber nie im forum geschrieben, verfolge diese aktie schon seit monaten bin dann bei 0,127 eingestiegen, ich würde mal behaupten wenn einige die nerven behalten würden, würden wir in kurze zeit über 1euro kommen, die sache ist doch "angebot und nachfrage" wie es überall im leben ist (bin selbst unternehmer), wenn alle billig auf den markt die aktien werfen fällt auch der kurs wegen zuviel verkäufe, also nicht nur die nerven sondern auch die aktien behalten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...das bin ich auch und wie du halte ich mich mit postings zurück...allerdings bin ich damals zu 0,50 rein. würde ich jetzt raus gehen und alles verkaufen - mein "-" wäre mir sicher. aber ich lasse es bei diesem wert einfach mal darauf ankommen. selbst wenn es bis nächstes jahr dauern sollte. das es aber keinerlei news gibt, ärgert mich ein wenig. es müßen ja nicht gleich die "hammermeldungen" sein aber ein wenig licht am ende des tunnels würde mir schon ganz gut tun:-)
Leute ich schätze mal das der kurs auf lange sicht nicht viel mehr nach unten gehen wird, ich beobachte das ganze schon sehr lange, der chart macht mir den eindruck das der entweder so weiter läuft oder nur noch steigen kann, ich werde mir auf jedenfall noch aktien zulegen und den kurs damit stützen und wenn es nicht hoch geht habe ich auch kein verlust bist auf an/verkauf kosten der aktien.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GS CleanTech Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSCT) today announced its execution of an agreement with Northeast Biofuels, LP (“NEB”) (www.permolex.com), to extract about 10 million gallons per year of crude corn oil from the distillers grain co-product from NEB’s new 114 million gallon per year dry mill ethanol plant scheduled to commence operations later this year.

NEB is building its ethanol facility on the site of a former brewery at the 420-acre Riverview Business Park in Volney, NY, about 25 miles north of Syracuse. When the plant opens, it will annually produce 114 million gallons of corn ethanol and become the first large scale operating ethanol plant in New York State and the Northeast.
NEB and its on-site project participants, BOC Gases, and now GS CleanTech, will directly and indirectly employ approximately 100 workers, with an estimated 1,500-plus “spin-off jobs” created in agriculture, transportation and other sectors of the Upstate New York economy. Because of its strategic Upstate New York location, NEB will have low cost access to markets representing more than 2.3 billion gallons of potential ethanol demand in the Northeast US and Eastern Canada.
GS CleanTech’s patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems™ have been engineered to help ethanol producers increase cash flows through the introduction of a third and novel revenue stream – corn oil. GS CleanTech provides turn-key extraction systems to participating ethanol producers at no cost to the ethanol producers in return for the long-term right to purchase the extracted corn oil at a per pound premium to its value when trapped in the distiller’s grains. GS CleanTech’s extraction technology also reduces overall plant emissions and utility costs by upwards of $1 million per year for a 100 million gallon per year ethanol plant that dries 100% of its distiller’s grains.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”) previously awarded a $250,000 grant to support the construction of this biodiesel production facility.

wird s hier aber richtig zur Sache gehen ... ein paar hundert Prozent am Montag würden mich nicht wundern.
nachdem weltweit die Biodiesel-Werte runtergeprügelt wurden, stellt sich doch irgendwann heraus, dass das kurzfristig der beste Ersatzstoff ist. Bis Wasserstoff genutzt werden kann werden noch paar Jahre vergehen. Ich bin auch zuversichtlich, dass bei den europäischen Unternehmen irgendwann das große Geld verdient wird.
Leider bin ich noch mit ca.20% im Minus, aber das wird sich Montag ändern.

Wie sieht bei GS CleanTech real in Zahlen aus?
um die es da geht sowieso zu einem Großteil gehören. Soweit ich das einschätzen kann wird lediglich die Holding (=Greenshift) aufgelöst und die Werte einzeln an die Aktionäre der Holding verteilt, weil der Wert der Einzelwerte eben 75% über dem Wert der Holding liegt - warum auch immer. (Hat wohl mit Cornell zu tun, die ständig den Preis von GSHFT durch gezielte Transaktionen gedrückt haben).
GSCT Aktionäre bekommen GSHF Aktien, die dann wieder in GSCT, GSEN, GSEG getauscht werden? Oder bleiben GSHF Aktien doch bestehen? Sehr verwirrend das Ganze.

.... allerdings sind die Einzelheiten etwas unklar. Denke der Hauptgrund ist wirklich die Tatsache, dass die Einzelfirmen mehr Wert haben als die Holding in dem fall Greenshift, Greenshift ist also stark unterbewertet gewesen.

ist ganz gut für den Anfang. Das man jetzt plötzlich hunderttausende oder sogar millionen von Aktien zugeteilt bekommt macht viele bestimmt misstrauisch. Nach meiner Meinung war das längst überfällig, denn Greenshift war auf Grund seiner Beteiligungen schon immer unterbewertet und die Produkte haben auch noch Zukunftschancen.

BEIJING (AP) -- The United States and China are working on a pact to promote use of ethanol and other biofuels to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and could announce an agreement as early as next month, an American official said Friday.
The agreement would call for cooperation in research, producing crops for fuel and other areas, said Alexander Karsner, an assistant U.S. energy secretary. He was in Beijing for talks with Chinese officials on promoting use of renewable energy sources.
The United States and China are the world's biggest oil consumers and producers of carbon dioxide and other gases that scientists say trap the sun's heat and are raising global temperatures.
Karsner said he and Chinese officials talked about a meeting next month in Indonesia of environment officials from 80 countries to discuss a replacement for the Kyoto Protocol on emissions reductions. He said he did not bring up Washington's insistence that Beijing, a major emissions source, accept binding limits. China has rejected emissions caps but says it will try to curb gas production.
A biofuels agreement could be announced at the Dec. 12 meeting of the Strategic Economic Dialogue, a high-level U.S.-Chinese forum on trade and other issues, Karsner said. He declined to give details, saying they still are being discussed.
It would be Washington's first such pact in Asia, following similar agreements with Brazil and Sweden, Karsner told reporters.
"China is a natural, as would be India, to enhance cooperation on biofuels," he said.
China has promoted wind power and other alternative energy in hopes of reducing environmental damage from heavy use of coal and oil to fuel its booming economy. The communist government also wants to curb reliance on imported energy, which it sees as a strategic weakness.
China already is the third-largest producer of biofuels after the United States and Brazil, which account for 80 percent of global production, according to Karsner.
