Full year 2004 highlights:
- Strong and continuous overall performance improvement throughout the year.
- Successful expansion through acquisition leads to acceleration of sales growth.
- Solid operational progress leads to positive EBITDA for the year.
- Organic growth rate for the year in excess of 10%.
- Trend of high sales growth and significant earnings improvement expected to continue in 2005.
Fourth quarter 2004 highlights:
- Net sales were EUR 19.7 million, an increase of 48% vs Q4 2003 and 13% vs Q3 2004.
- EBITDA increased to EUR 1.4 million vs EUR -0.5 million in Q4 2003 and EUR 0.4 million in Q3 2004.
- EBITA increased to EUR 0.9 million vs EUR -1.1 million in Q4 2003 and EUR 48,000 in Q3 2004.
- Net result was EUR 4.1 million, up significantly from the prior year and previous quarter.
- EPS turned positive and was over 250% better than the same quarter 2003 and over 300% better than Q3 2004.
