NEW YORK, Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wolf Popper LLP is investigating claims on behalf of investors in Bazaarvoice Inc. (Nasdaq: BV), concerning the proposed acquisition of Bazaarvoice by Marlin Equity Partners. Under the terms of the proposed acquisition, Bazaarvoice's shareholders will receive $5.50 per share in cash for a total transaction value of $521 million. The offer price is below the median Street price target of $6.33 per share. Bazaarvoice also announced its second quarter 2018 results today and reported revenues grew 6% in the second quarter and adjusted EBITDA grew 75%.
