PRESS RELEASE Wittur Group concludes Term Loan B add-on to free up RCF Wiedenzhausen, July 26, 2016 - The Wittur Group (ISIN: XS1188024548, XS1188025438) has successfully concluded a EUR 35 million add-on to its existing EUR 375 million term loan. The proceeds of the Term Loan B add-on are intended for the repayment of borrowings under the revolving credit facility used to partly finance the acquisition of Sematic. This will free up Wittur's RCF to be used for its main purpose of financing ordinary business transactions and working capital. The terms and conditions of the existing Senior Facility Agreement also apply to the term loan add-on.
