SPRINGFIELD, Va., Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Versar, Inc. (NYSE MKT: VSR) will hold a conference call at 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, February 10 to discuss the Company's operational performance and financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2014, ended December 27, 2013. Versar will release its 2Q FY2014 Form 10-Q and 2Q financial results press release before the market opens on February 10, 2014.
