U.S. Rare Earths, Inc. Engages NI 43-101 For Idaho Rare Earths Property

NEW YORK, Dec. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Rare Earths, Inc. (OTCBB: UREE; the "Company") announced today that it has retainedProcess Engineering of Meridian, Idahoto prepare a Canadian National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101F1") compliant Technical Report on the Company's Diamond Creek Rare Earths property. Process Engineering's principal, Qualified Person Howard Dunn, will lead the 43-101 effort.

The Technical Report will discuss past exploration efforts and historic data, which have been used to formulate the current exploration efforts. Additionally regional and local geology concepts used to develop a preliminary mineralization model to be illustrated. Concise analytical data from current field surface and drilling core sampling will be reviewed.

Process Engineering's principal Howard Dunn holds degrees in Geological and Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. As a registered chemical engineer in the states of Idaho and Colorado with two decades experience in resource analysis, his prior projects include Department of Defense, NASA and Department of Energy engagements.

U.S. Rare Earths' properties in Idaho and Montana, including Lemhi Pass, have been recognized in the U.S. Department of Energy's Critical Materials Strategy publications to have significant showings of Heavy Rare Earth Elements, in particular for the five Rare Earths identified by DOE as being at "Critical Risk": Dysprosium, Europium, Neodymium, Terbium and Yttrium.
