TransAtlantic acquires ownership of the RoRo-vessels Ortviken, Östrand and Obbola

TransAtlantic acquires ownership companies in the three RoRo-vessels Ortviken,
Östrand and Obbola. The RoRo-vessels are previously time chartered to SCA
Transforest to their traffic systems of forest products, which are in constant
routes between the Baltic Sea and Northern Europe. Time charter agreement runs
until 2016. In connection with the acquisition of companies the vessel are
refinanced which means that the Group's cash balance is reinforced by
approximately SEK 200 M.

will mean an improved financial position for the group. The vessels will remain
an important part of our business relationship with SCA Transforest "says acting
