Tractor Supply Company Appoints Robert D. Mills as New Chief Information Officer

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., March 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, today announced that Robert D. Mills has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, succeeding James Callison. Last year, Mr. Callison communicated his plans to retire and the Company developed a plan that included the search for his successor and a transition period. As part of this plan, Mr. Callison will stay with the Company for a period of time until a smooth transition is completed. Mr. Mills will also serve on Tractor Supply's Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Mr. Mills was the Chief Information Officer for Ulta Beauty. From 2005 to 2011, he was Vice President, Chief Information Officer for the online business unit at Sears Holdings Corporation, where he began as an Information Technology Customer Relationship Leader in 2001. Prior to 2001, Mr. Mills held roles at Allstate Insurance, Rockwell International Telecommunications Division, and Household Finance Corporation.
