Tetragon Financial Group Limited Dividend Announcement

LONDON, July 28, 2017

On 27 July 2017, the Board of Directors of Tetragon declared a dividend of U.S. $0.1750 (17.50 cents) per share in respect of the second quarter of 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 July 2017. The record date is 1 August 2017. Payment of the dividend will take place on 23 August 2017.

Tetragon's website (http://www.tetragoninv.com/) includes information on Tetragon's Optional Stock Dividend Plan for those shareholders electing to receive dividends in the form of Tetragon shares. Shareholders may elect to receive dividends in the form of Tetragon shares by making an election up to 11 August 2017. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid in cash on 23 August 2017.
