Sunshine Capital, Inc. Updates Shareholders and Announces the Opening of Its New Corporate Website

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla., March 8, 2016

Sunshine Capital, Inc. would also like to inform shareholders, that on March 19, 2016, the Company will be holding a special Board meeting to discuss the recommendations made by Advisory Board Member, Daniel J. Duffy.

Such recommendations include: To reduce the total outstanding shares of the Company dramatically, to decrease the authorized share amount of the Company, to place a restrictive "sale lock" agreement with previous Company management, which will ensure the current float of the Company remains at 450,000 shares and many other items Mr. Duffy is recommending Sunshine Capital, Inc. to approve, so it may position itself to acquire a listing on The American Stock Exchange at a much more rapid rate.
