Sponda signed EUR 350 million syndicated credit facility

Sponda has signed a five-year EUR 350 million syndicated credit agreement which will be used to refinance the outstanding short-term loan raised in December 2006 to finance the Kapiteeli acquisition. The loan carries a margin at the beginning of the loan period of Euribor plus 0.375-0.425 %. The lead managers of this issue are Nordea, OKO Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, Helsinki Branch, and the manager is SWEDBANK.
