Directors Dealing /PDMR Shareholding
Secured Property Developments plc, the NEX listed property investment and development company, announces that it has been informed that the following dealings in its ordinary shares of 20 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) have taken place:
John Townsend, Chairman of the Company, purchased 85,076 Ordinary Shares from Mr Mark Jackson on 3rd October 2018 at 19.5p pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Townsend’s total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 85,076 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.3% of the Company’s issued share capital.
John Soper, a Director of the Company, also purchased 85,076 Ordinary Shares from Mr Mark Jackson on 3rd October 2018 at 19.5p pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Soper’s total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 85,076 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.3% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Mr Jackson no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company’s issued share capital.
Directors’ beneficial shareholdings in the Company now represent approximately 42.7% of the Company’s issued share capital.
