S&T Bancorp, Inc. to Ring Nasdaq Closing Bell Celebrating 25 Year Listing Anniversary

INDIANA, Pa., April 24, 2017

S&T president and chief executive officer, Todd D. Brice will ring the Closing Bell, joined by Mark Kochvar, chief financial officer. Founded in 1902 with a single location in Indiana, Pa., S&T Bank now provides a full range of financial services, including a range of digital products, to businesses and individuals across its footprint.

"While S&T has grown substantially over the years, our core values remain the same, including our commitment to cultivating relationships and serving 'One Customer at a Time,'" said Brice. "As we celebrate this milestone in our history, we are grateful to the customers, shareholders, employees, board members and partners who have been with us throughout the years and helped to make it all possible."

Over the past 25 years, S&T Bancorp shareholders have seen a total return, including reinvested dividends, greater than 1400 percent, or over 11 percent annualized. S&T's Market Cap has grown from $109 million in 1992 to $1.2 billion at March 31, 2017. S&T's total assets grew to $7.1 billion at March 31, 2017 from $1.1 billion in 1992.

In 2016, S&T Bancorp continued to deliver top tier performance, with record net income of $71.4 million, marking the best year in the Bank's 115-year history.
