D'Ieteren s.a. announces today  that it will  issue a five-year  bond
for an expected minimum amount  of EUR 100 million  in the form of  a
public offering in  Belgium and  in Luxembourg. The  bonds will  bear
interest at an annual gross rate of 5.50%.
 
This  bond  issue  is  in   line  with  the  company's  strategy   of
diversifying of  its financial  resources and  will be  used for  its
general purposes.
