Rapala VMC Corporation has received a notification from Nordea Funds Ltd (Company ID 1737785-9) in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act on the change in its holdings. According to the notification the following changes in holdings have taken place on December 21, 2017:

Nordea Funds Ltd's holding in shares and voting rights of Rapala VMC Corporation (ISIN code: FI0009007355) has increased over 10 per cent. Following the purchase of 1,202,270 Rapala VMC Corporation shares Nordea Funds Ltd owns 5,024,665 shares or 12.883% of all shares and voting rights.
