Prosperous Agriculture Achieved Great Success in their First National Distributor Recruitment Convention for its Patented Product

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 5, 2012

Around 100 strong agricultural resources dealers from China's provinces of Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Shandong and Ningxia gathered together in the ancient city of Xi'an on August 31, 2012 to participate in the first distributor recruitment convention organized by Prosperous Agriculture for the national patent winning Sustained-Released Diammonium Phosphate.  At the meeting, Mr. Thomas Lee, Chief Operating Officer of UCHC, gave a speech and introduced the strategic planning of UCHC and Prosperous Agriculture; Mr. Wang Fei, General Manager of Prosperous Agriculture, introduced the original intention to develop this product, the process and the related sales policies.  The participants of the distributor recruitment convention were all attracted by this innovative new product and signed the agreement to confirm their distributor qualification.  According to statistics, 41 customers signed contracts on site with a total volume of over US$1 million.

Mr. Wang Fei said, "Prosperous Agriculture has planned at least 4 promotion sessions by the end of the fiscal year of 2012 in order to promote this first-class and unique patented product in the nation.  This is only the first session and we will organize three more in the next few months in Shaanxi and the northeastern provinces of China.  Through these meetings, Prosperous Agriculture will quickly complete the distribution of this product in the appropriate regions of the nation.  It is expected to bring in a sales revenue of not less than RMB50 million (around US$8 million) to Prosperous Agriculture by the end of this year.
