BEDMINSTER, N.J., April 18, 2013
BEDMINSTER, N.J., April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 16, 2013, to shareholders of record as of May 2, 2013.
Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation is a bank holding company with total assets of $1.67 billion as of December 31, 2012. Peapack-Gladstone Bank, its wholly owned bank, was established in 1921, and has 23 branches in Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, and Union Counties.
